Get a QuotePlasma cutting is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. The plasma is directed through a small nozzle, when the plasma stream comes into contact with the material to be cut, it melts and evaporates it, creating a precise, clean cut.
When we receive a spec from you, we create a 3D drawing which we send to our fabricating workshop. Our team of qualified specialists input the relevant values into the automatic plasma cutter, hit the switch and the steel is cut. We have a specialist standing by monitoring the steel at all times and maintaining the machine. Another specialist handles the input of the sheets of metal and takes them away when they are cut, checks they meet the spec, and gets ready to be delivered.
